Do they come with the relay kit?
Nautilus yes, the magnum dosn't need one due to a much lower power drain.

the magnum dosn't need one [a relay] due to a much lower power drain.
Nevertheless, fitting one is a good idea, as the wiring to the OEM horns is typically pretty thin, and fitting a properly wired relay makes a significant improvement to performance.

i can't guarantee that I'm sorry, I normally allow 6 to 8 weeks ... the last order went all over the damn world before it finally arrived, but the order before that only took 3 weeks.

--kasper

You might be able to mount a Naut on the right hand side.
134286
But it's up to you .. The naut would need to be mounted facing out to the right, while the magnum could be mounted facing forward.

the dimensions of the naut are:
134288
and the magnum is
134289
Let me know what you decide.

Love to help you out my friend, see the dimensions listed above and let me know what your after, based on the bike, i'd say your only option is to replace the OEM horn, in the same spot, that would mean a magnum, as the naut would bounce off the front guard under heavy breaking.

Let me know :)

for everyone else, i'm looking to get round 8 done ASAP, so please, if your interested now, let me know and we can move forward, if you might be interested later, there will be a round 9 :)

--kasper

The naut is a dual tone horn with a deep sound at 139Db and the mag is a single tone (higher than the naut but still deep) at 136Db

think they come with a relay so u can fit it to whatever, provided theres enough space, which there usually is. Spose you could leave the standard one on there and add another switch, but why would you want to, unleash the fury at every oppourtunity sounds like a better plan!

The question I guess before you start getting worried is how long should it take to transit from States to here...has that much time elapsed or not?

I think I spend more money overseas than in NZ (ignoring rent, food & utilities) and in my experience the shipping time does vary quite a lot. Sometimes you wait a couple of weeks, sometime the package arrives in 3 or 4 days.

GOONR
14th October 2009, 20:59
Mrs GOONR used to work for a shipping firm, if they were overloaded they would "bump" the people that don't ship with them that often, sometimes cargo would be delayed by a month or so.
