21st speech HELP

Im doing a speech for my friends 21st and it is infront of his whole family at a nice function at 4pm today! Im having trouble trying to make a speech any tips...

Don't listen to them !!! Just make sure ya down 17 shots of tequila before the speech and all will be well !

I WAS THINKING OF THE WHOLE DRUNKN state speech, speaking in inchoherent slurs, then making some vulgar comment about his mother before i passout on the dinner table. pulling off the tablecloth and spilling all the food on the floor, ending up in a pile of my own spew. but his parents are christian and there will be no drinks until the after family party
