My brother just came home from getting his cast removed. 12 weeks ago, he entered in his first MX race. He went onto the 'Supercross' track, and was doing well. He went through the chequer flag, and then he went over a jump and the front end dived down. He twisted his left leg and everyone thought he has just got a bruise because he was so calm. They took him to the hospital and found out his leg was broken in half. 2 weeks after, he had an X-ray and the leg was crooked, so the whacked it into place.

Now it’s going to take a year for him to build up his leg muscles, and the doctor said he should be ok for riding in 2 weeks

Good to hear he's almost fit to ride.

My legs look like they both belong to different people. Ones Mine but the other looks like it belongs to a little girl. Hairy little girl though - yuk....

best of luck to him. My bro is going thru the exact same thing, so I can relate and sympathise to what you guys are going thru. My bro's wound has got infected, so he's back in Akl central at the mo. Hope your bro mends quick enuff to enjoy the rest of the weather!! :rockon:

I only go into the arcade when nobody is posting in here, and I have no money for another tank of fuel
