FREE PHONELINE
FREE NATIONAL CALLING
VERY CHEAP HIGH USAGE/MAX SPEED INTERNET

Yes. It's true. And it's almost unlimited usage. Perks of the job.

One flatmate wanted.
Upstairs room.
$165 per week.
Mt Roskill.
See map and pics attached.
Available weekend of 11th October.
Backyard is a golf course. Big deck overlooking fucking awesome scenery. 4 burner BBQ. Remote control airconditioners/heatpumps. Dishwasher. Smoking outside. Alarm system. 3 bathrooms (share yours with one other person). Washing machine. Central vacuuming system. Big fridge/freezer. Two lounges with 3 seater +2 armchair lounge suites. Touchscreen glass stove top. Big french doors to deck. Lawns mowed by landlord. Hundreds of movies and songs on the network, and TV series'.

Brand new place, we're the first people to live there.

Off street parking by front door. Garage for bikes (may require bike juggling for access, not a biggie)

You will not find a nicer place with more benefits for this price.

In the region:

Pizza, stores, liquor shop, main bus route to city only a few mins walk, chip shop, butcher, grocers, gas stations, two bars- one very cheap and one a Cock & Bull.

Who we want:

People who pay the fucking bills and dont have to be chased for 3-6 months!
Preferably someone with a large TV, ours is moving out.

It's a stunningly nice house, and pretty much keeps itself clean.

We're very social, like to laugh and joke around, like to go for drinks or have friends over, there will be a lot of BBQs held over summer and it's the perfect place for entertaining.

Sunsets are ALWAYS beautiful, and the golf course is perfect for evening/morning jogs or walks.

It looks far from town but I commute it every day, it's not as far as it looks. Dominion road isn't bad for commuting, even when it's fully packed it's far better than the Southern motorway, by a LONG shot!

*furnishings are from promotional photos done by a real estate agent, but our gear is good so don't worry about that. The satellite pic was put online by someone I don't know in an American images forum. It happens to show our place, which is close to the middle/right of the golf course. The room shown is the one available.

Mint is right. I've never lived somewhere so flash!

All we need is a spa pool and this will be my dream home!

The flatmates are good too, which is very important. Very positive people, like me.

I'm putting up ads everywhere, so I should find someone really soon.

is the $165 just for the room? or does that include power/water?

Power and water aren't included, phoneline and national calling are, and caller ID & voicemail. Internet is too, but we need to pay for the data plan. About $20 each for a hundred gigs. Max/Max connection.

When you consider that you're saving about $100 there on the phone and internet (divided by four tenants), plus have the services and national calling free as well, you can compare it to a pad that costs you $140. I doubt you'll find a place like this for that price.

Come have a look, it wont cost you anything and if you bring a pack of sausages, we can grab some beers, do a BBQ and have a chat about the flat.

Make sure it's in daylight so you can fully appreciate the view.

My maths is bad, the discount comms will save you about $10 a week on your costs.

Still, it's a damn nice place at a great price, if you know of anyone, let them know.

Cheers guys!
