Hey i just got a bike and need to get a jacket before i start riding it. Im on a bit of a tight buget at the moment so i will be upgrading my gear as i go. But im looking for a cheap jacket around 150-200bucks, is there any cheapish gear you know. Im thinking of getin a jacket off trademe...

$200 you should be able to find one in a store for that.Try motomail, or cycletreads, theyv'e usually got gear on sale

mate save up a few more bucks and get something decent, $150 - $200 wont buy squat as far as quality goes, not new anyway.

agreed, the first gear I brought was off trade me and it really was shit- my mate borrowed my pants and a button popped off and the pants split at the side because they were a little bit tight (not really tight) so I may as well have been wearing jeans as they obviously would have disentigrated had I needed them to do their job, if you can wait it's worth it, and it'll be more comfortable, safer, and probably look better too, but if your stuffed and have to then cheap is better than nothing.

They retail for $350, and DriRider is a good brand. I got one and am satisfy with it.

yea thanks. im pretty tall and skinny so i dnt thnk they wil fit. i thnk il have to get somethnk cheap just to get started , it wont take me to long to save up to get somethink decent.
