Hamilton to New Plymouth - Catwalk Conquest Tour

The CatWalk Trust has been given the opportunity to import and promote a Martin Conquest motorcylce from the UK. The Conquest is a 3 wheeler motorcyle designed for users in wheelchairs. It is doing a national tour, Auckland to Southland, late October and early November. I would like to see how many kiwiriders are keen to join the various legs of tour.

Please post any information on recommended cafe/pit stops along the way.

This leg of the tour is from Hamilton to New Plymouth on Saturday 1st November. Assembly at Gull Service Station, 9am.

- Departing Gull, Hamilton at 9:30am, arriving Bosco's Cafe, Te Kuiti at 12pm.

- Departing Bosco's Cafe at 1:30pm, arriving TBC, New Plymouth at 4pm

Next leg of the tour is New Plymouth to Taupo, Sunday 2nd November.

new Plymouth to taupo ?? or NP to wanganui ?? Was looking at organising some riders/ coffee stop if its coming thru hawera !

I just had a quick look at the original tour map. Hamilton to New Plymouth via SH 3, by the looks. But the next day, it's doing New Plymouth to Taupo via, Hawera, Wanganui, National Park, Turangi (Down SH 3, Up SH 4).
