Is this that enamel clear you were talking about on the weekend? If so, I must say it's foreign to me and I still can't get my head around cutting enamel. I would advise that you use a fine compound suitable for hand cutting and make sure it doesn't contain ammonia.

Yes its clear enamel
ive done a test panel (tail light fairing as its tiny) so yeah i dunno what to do, using 2000grit mats it real quick - i dont want to go and buy the g3 and g10 polish's as the setup will cost me well over $100 - and i'll have enought to do an entire car, twice ... and if it doesnt work lol

HI you really only want to wet sand your clearcoat if it is damaged in some way. Best and safest way is just hand polish with a good canuba wax ,im a mobile car valet and i use (Wicked polishes) they seem to be a great product and can be applied in direct sunlight
Cheers Dave
