View Full Version : Pro-Twins bike wanted for Nationals

If anyone out there has a decent pro-twins bike (i.e. a new generation sv) they are not intending to race at the National rounds, and might be interested in leasing out to me for the 5 rounds, please give me a yell or post up any questions here.
It may be a good way for a club racer to re-coup part of the costs of building the bike.

Hey Sam you gonna be in one piece for round 1 this year? Maybe your bike will need a rider by then? Does it still point straight?

The new yellow SV with the new rear tyre and no indicators, headlights, wof, etc? The one holding me up? The one thats since been crashed so many times all the yellows been scraped off and it's now just black?

2 can sam, may well be the next quick (ish) Ginga cookie. This Ginga will help where possible , - but not hinder youthfull exuberance hopefully. Have you located a bike to wobble around on ?? :-)

Nah - seems no-one trusts me on their bike!
Might just have to front up with the readies like everyone else I guess...

Mines going cheap. Lots of spare original parts. Can be naked or faired. 50000 original miles.
Only problem is its bog standard.

But he wants a Protwin bike so he can race against people more his speed and budget.

BTW how is the 90 HP 100KG bike coming along? Or is it closer to 1HP/KG.

Breaking the lap record by breaking the rules is neither big nor clever.

Pro twin = no slicks allowed so technicly he was in f3 in which case he broke no records.

Cheers mate. Have only won about a hundred races in my time so not quite ready for the big jump up to that scary professional F3 class.

My mistake - Sam was in F3 and was breaking no rules. Was still goin good tho.

bike coming along good ,dont think it's going to b as good as that, decided to use 450 motor as the rules are open on anything less then 500cc twin just to make things easier .

prop b round 5500-6000 pounds ready to go the guy had an ex gp mechanic working on it so b well cared for and tidy as ,still b an sv beater.
