On Southern Motorway I spotted a weirdest bike ever. An 09 model Goldwing? It said "Victory" on the back.

What is it? Big Dave, help me out here...

Wouldnt knock it to much mate,awhile back on a (private of course) Nth Otago back road with a long straight i had XNUTS on a Victorys headlight annoyingly visible in my mirror at 260 something clicks,managed to get away from him in the Waimate gorge but they seem to go pretty well for my money.Not that model but still a Victory.

I'm not knocking it, looks can be deceiving... Depends who the pilot is, and how brave/good they are...

The units I have tested are excellent 60mph - 80mph bikes. They don't do hyperspeed without exceeding what they are designed for. The big unit can hoof it along OK and is a very good handler. But at the end of the day it is 350kg and has 90 ponies.

They are however delightful and a joy to ride at licence keeping speeds.

It's a full noise custom motorcycle for $35k. Fit finish etc are all first rate. It's Arlen Ness. You want street cred - he wrote the book.
Just because it is ornate is no reason to hate.

I quite like it, Though I started off thinking it was the ugliest bike ever, and it may well be. The photo posted with the rear arm-chair looks better then without.
