Hey guys,
Could I put a power commander from an 05 R1 onto an 06 R1?
Would it cause any damage etc?
Thanks,
Aaron

i believe the ecu are simlar,(both same bit rate etc) so shouldn't have any problem would thing the Fi plugs be the same
only real issue is uploading a map, it might not let you upload map from an 06 r1(from dynojet site) will only allow 04-05 map to be uploaded, but using the dynojet software you can make up a custom map by modifying a stock 04-05 map and change the settings to match what the 06 map says. (have this issue with my pc3 on my k4 600, its for a k5 1000, plugs had to be cut and solded in to the bike instead of a simple plug and play) but it might work prefectly fine
