I asked AMPS who bought their Voxan Roadster recently, but they say the Privacy Act prevents them identifying him. All I know is he owns or works in an Auckland restaurant (my 13 year old found that out, they must've figured he was less of a threat!). Anyway, I'd like to make contact with anyone that's interested in these bikes, regardless of whether or not they own one. So feel free to quiz me if you're so inclined.
And as for that, any Tauranga or environs riders that want to hook up for a ride or whatever, I'm likley into it. They say practise makes perfect.

Lindsay Williamson of Hornby Auctions has a roadster. Although Lindsay is a dealer he has promoted the marque by racing the bike. I was there when Phil Paine had a crack at the last Sound of Thunder at Ruapuna. Phil fell off when he hit a stray piece of Ducati on the track and Lindsay is still getting over his crash that day on his Buell. So it wan't that hot all round but the Voxan did show it could do the business.
Lindsay may know more people - especially if he has managed to sell one. Did you by chance buy the red Cafe racer?

it's pretty easy to find them, they stick together in groups, but usually their clubs don't have obvious names, like Voxan Riders NZ. it's more like the Auckland PRIDE Centre, and Rainbow Youth Inc.
