Hi everyone

I'm looking for a room in the greater wellington area, preferably with a garage to park the bike(s). Lookng in the Jville/Churton Park, Lower Hutt and northern side of the city. Car parking needed as well but on the street is ok.

I'm a 33yr old working full-time in IT, quiet, laid back and house trained.

Pay up to $140 + expenses a week, and looking for something available now or in the near future.

A month or two ago there were plenty of people looking for flatmates in Wellington.

Bastard of a time to be looking for flatmates. Uni kids are all building there nests from here on in and the squatter birds are hanging out for a 12month lease from them...

Besides... Central wellie AND a garage? Hmm! Just one reason we live in Kapiti...

Eddie, I may be looking for someone in the not too distant future. There will, however, be a tough elimination schedule amongst potentials and only the person who fronts with the most Steinlager will be selected.

I think we'd also appreciate someone a bit better looking than you. :laugh:

Oh dear. I am now in the same awkward position, however I don't care where I live around the Wellington area. :brick:

Yea let me know, it's a bad time to be looking, all the students are snapping everything up.
