What do you radar-using riders think about the quality, usability of this product?

It is cheap, and maybe looks it too, but will it even work in New Zealand?

Seems a good buy. I dont know about whether or not I could hear the thing above the roar of my bike though. I dont speed much anyway so i dont really need it

Unless Rocky Mountain have improved beyond belief in the last 5 years, their products have always been crap.
BTW They don't jam X band. (Stalkers)

The auto shut off could be a problem after 1 hour

ummm actually they block SFA.... nothing can block radar (legally) Lazer can be blocked, but the Rockymountian dosent get a good right up in NZ only one jammer does and thats the Blinder

the auto shutoff only kicks in if the detector hasnt detected anything for one hour,the batterys last quite a long time,no messy cords :niceone:

But mine doesn't go off for days, let alone hours, and my leads are very tidy thank you :shake:

yes your leads are tidy :niceone: dont know about chch but here in the waikato the cops are bloody everywhere,b lucky to go for20mins without seeing one :spudwhat:
