Hi guys

Looking around for a custom exhaust for my new 08 Ninja 250R.

I have a mate who lives in the Caribbean who says he can pick me up a carbon Yoshimura for around $400 - $500 whens he comes over in a few months.

I'm unsure on whether thats the full exhaust or a slip on.

I can't seem to find a NZ price on one at the moment, is that a good price or should i be looking somewhere else?

Thanks ;)

dito on this one,
quite frankly, i'd say the exhaust is the worst looking part about the bike
i do like the look of those yoshi ones though.

I had a custom stainless one built for mine (as attached), the Guys at EVL customs did a great job, built the Can from scratch, but they can also use another provided can if you like. they also build tail tidy's etc which look great tidying the back end of these bikes up

PM me if you are interested.

Oh and the few scratches in the pic are because i'd just binned it on the track

Local Kawasaki dealer down here (SPV) had a Yoshi pipe I almost brought, I think it was $599 retail but he was going to do quite a bit off it. I saw a Ninja they'd installed one on, it sounded fantastic and they recon added another 5-6 horsepower too =)

Hi dude, just out of interest how many horse power are these slugs. I was just wondering as my 20year old zxr dragged a poor guy off at the lights and he was going hard on that poor thing. They seem to lack some accelleration. Are they the four cylinder or just the two cylinder?
Cheers westy

Don't be fooled, they have the same engine as the old GPX - parallel twin 250cc.

Not too sure what the weight differences are between the old and the new though. And I can't be faffed googling it.

wat sort of price should I be looking at for a full yoshi pipe? The shop quoted $1k. $599 must be for the slip on.
