Yeah mate knew they are your weakness :D. Have you ever sat on one? that along with the Desmodici RR were the only 2 bikes i bothered putting my leg over. Thank tank's not very comfortable, n u wouldn't want to hit the brakes too hard! Here are a couple of pics of one in a bike shop down the road for ya.

The RSV4 looks much better in person, I don't like the headlights in the pics but it looks beautiful in the flesh

Yeah sat/heard/fiddled with one few years ago when in melbourne, problem is the back up and support in nz, and weather they will go bust any min and not have any spares.


Yeah the headlights only part it not to keen on after looking at the pics, weight until they arrive here, and test that v4 motor

Assuming the racebikes are out (who would wanna thrash an M1 round taupo or the loop!), I'd have to say the desmo. They are pretty the ultimate in sportsbike at the mo, and If I didn't like it I could sell it and have teo of the others!

However if I was paying, it would have to be the RSV4 or the DB7, or the Tesi, or the...:love:

but you're right, I don't think I ever made it to the ditch. Must've been going too slow. I do recall an R1 that did... altho 1st prize must go to a certain Virago that ended up upside down in the deepest, wetest ditch available. That was a bitch to pull out, not that you'ld remember... Didn't even bother stopping! lol
