I have seen one ad for 532 size chain for this model, but most of the ads are to convert to the more standard size 530. Of course to do that you would have to change front and rear sprockets as well.

Yeah Pete, Regina recommend a 532/106 for the YZF750 (I take it you don't have an R7 letard).

I went for a 530 on my RF. It originally comes with the 532. Go for a 530 if you want a standard chain on it. However a few people have tried the 520.

Check out the EXUP brotherhood website for more info.

Go with a conversion kit. If your old one is 532, the price will be ridiculous.

You will be running 16/43 & conversion to size 50 (530) or 520 avail with JT sprockets. I'm running a 520 & ally sprockets for less weight but a 50 & steel should be fine. If choosing smaller make sure you get really decent chain like DID X ring. Actually not a bad idea in any case, it will last.

Actually my stock one was still quite serviceable when I took it off, but I have different gearing on the SP.

Hooray. Thanks Dave. I was hoping you'd turn up.

You can trust this bloke. He has the most beautiful YZF I've ever seen.
