GRRR...
An hour of frustration and one wrecked helmet visor mechanism later... What is the trick to attaching these fuckers?
I now have one 2 week old $199 hjc c-14 helmet that is stuffed :( even the missus who is a lottt more patient than me couldn't crack it. Was a tinted one so you couldnt see where the clips and stuff were
I wasn't all that rough with it, but by the end it i felt like pummelling the friggin thing:mad:
I may be kinda slow....but im not retarted.

<_< Patience is not one of my strengths, especially for fiddly shit like that
Glad I was entertaining for you though, cos I'm sure you have never done anything silly involving bikes right?? :)

Hah... well i'm glad that has been cleared up then.
I wonder If i can replace the whole visor mechanisim thing or if i have to slap another $300-500 bucks down on a new helmet...
Might have to upgrade to shoei or arai etc..

Thanks for the offer mate..
I will have another go at it when I'm in a more "peaceful" frame of mind...
Failing that I wil probably use it as a spare :(

According to the HJC website parts are available through their distributors, so your dealer should be able to order you one. http://www.hjchelmets.com/faq_08.htm
