Not entirely correct DB, you should know it's part of your ideal isn't it? THE WITHHOLDING OF INFORMATION is power.
Receiving information is empowerment. And as for the giver, well he gets a step towards enlightenment.

Hey thanks for the fantastic link!!

Except I don't have a lot of time to spare or have access to a printer or binder.

Would anyone be able to download, print and bind this for me?? I'd be willing to pay up to $50 for it??

(hehe now thats easy :))

Can do laminated covers etc etc. Price has gone up since the trademe bloke went out of business. $125 plus freight. Sorry about the price hike, but thats business.

Suzuki gs1000 manual, page 2, published 1980. At which point does copyright expire?

Doesn't surprise me... I'd wager than the majority of the manuals on that site are stolen. Suzuki won't 'come after you' for getting one though... print, bind and sell them though... that they frown upon.

As far as I know.... On works published WITH NOTICE from 1964 - 1977 the copyright is good for 28 years or until 2002. Since it is 2008 the copyright is expired. This would place these manuals in the public domain. I think you just fall short my friend, not 100% sure.
