Ha ha ha, I have it on very good authority that some of you misbehaved terribly in the pits when the racing ended saturday.
Manfield staff are pretty pissed off from what Im told.
It'll be interesting if pit garage prices go up for bikes from now on.
Wait till Katman gets a hold of this info

Here is the official e-mail.
"Good afternoon
I am sending this email to those that were in garages where we have found evidence of stationary burnouts on the asphalt surfaces.
It is extremely disappointing for us to find this sort of damage to our property when this year alone we have spent over $10,000 trying make the circuit safer and the garages less of a hassle for motorcycling racing.
There are two distinct burnouts that have been undertaken and both have eaten into the asphalt surface, which in time will mean a hole will form that we will have to pay to repair. This type of damage weakens the asphalt and over time we will have a pot hole to deal with.
Nicki…one of these is outside the double garage you hire where it appears this has been done at the conclusion of a race as the burn out leads into the garage.
The other is behind Pit Lane garages 7/8/9/10…number 8 should have been empty as I certainly didn’t hire it, so I have copied the three of you that were in the others. I cannot tell who did this but the second also leads toward the garaging. This one is worse than the first as the back tyre has been allowed to sway from side to side as well making the damage twice as bad.
I know you have a number of riders sharing the garaging with you, but as the hirer you need to take some responsibility for their actions if it was someone else who has done this.
Clive…I would hope this message can be passed thru the club letting everyone know of our disappointment in this type of action. Burnouts are not an issue as long as the bike keeps moving forward or it is carried out on concrete. "

That's pretty stink!
Please let this be the last time we piss them off like that. We as bikers probably do need them more than they need us.
And full credit to Manfeild for being open minded enough to condone rolling burnouts! :niceone:

Yes I too unleashed a little smoke from the rear tyre. Hope this has not ruined it for the other riders. Next time will keep things rolling.

Not half bad. Did the wind change in the space of a couple of seconds. The very little amount of smoke that came from my bike appears to have gone the other way

By this do you mean the people that make out they are fast but are actually not.
I my self feel that both Tony and I did fanbloodytastic on the track and followed up with a celebratory burn out.
Sure we may have gone a little over board with the burn out, we have both apologised for our actions.
All things considered i think you are a twat.
