If you have the broken bit you can get it welded you know. I did.

Probably, if you had access to a TIG.

But I'd just replace it. When I broke my footpeg bracket a couple of bins back, it took me 10 minutes to call Atomic, go round and pick up another one for $30 or so... YMMV.
