If the scratches are not deep like those in that demo but just normal wear, then use what the aviators use on helicopter bubbles and I bet is what Pussy uses on his Fletcher's screen - Pledge.
It fills in the hazing scratches and generally repairs anything but the real deep stuff

Mothers Pastic polish works for me. Does a pretty good job in polishing scratches out of plastics.

I discovered those types of repair when I melted a couple of headlights with paint stripper. Decided I had nothing to lose and started repair. Worked a treat and now get taillights and all manner of plastics to fix.:2thumbsup
