There was a movie where they shot ice bullets, but I can't remember which one it was.

Recall seeing a movie about that years back. Which reminds me, going back further I seem to recall hearing about a guy who shot someone with an ice bullet. He was found not guilty as they could not prove that a bullet or for that matter a gun was used. I have no idea if the story is true or not.
