Just wondering where best to put posts for things relating to use of GPS and suchlike (those wonderful beacons of light)? :D
Nothing special in mind at the mo, was thinking touring, or maybe a sub-forum of touring called navigation? With Garmin GPS (not sure about other brands), you can also share routes/waypoints etc (through the use of Mapsource - which I am funnily enough obsessed with at the moment, hence this very thread), so could become a good way of sharing stuff...
edit: Can I also be lazy and ask for ability to upload gdb files? (mapsource format files). Largest I have created yet is 400kb, and that was the Grand Challenge... so don't need much more than 500kb I wouldn't think. I tried expending energy and compressed into a zip... only for zips to not be allowed either... I think the site laughed at me :( I can change the extension to bypass, but I KNOW someone will ask why they can't open it...
