My mates looking to buy some Aluminum panniers for his '08 F650GS.

The BMW ones are slightly more expensive than buying a private island.

We have found plenty of alternatives in the US - but shipping is very expensive.

Does anyone know places in NZ (Auck pref) that he can buy some?

Hi Tank!

I just got some luggage, rack, and a few extra goodies for my KTM from the U.S. Even after paying almost $US360 for shipping, I still saved mega dollars on what I would have paid here. I had some US money that I got last year. Now with the exchange rate dropping a lot lately that will push up the price quite a bit.

Good Luck!

Thanks for that - Ill keep it as an option. I head to the US now and then, so if the used ones don't work out - I may buy some there. At least shipping wont be an issue.
