I have. 9 odd years ago now.

No point revising anything to be honest the phycs will see through a crammed test.

not even for the math parts?

the maths is pretty basic level stuff. ie 5th form, but only comprises a small part of the test. The test is pretty similar for the three services, but ill think you'll find those that have done it and passed may be somewhat reluctant to tell you how to pass. The psychs keep the scores pretty close to themselves and wont even tell you where you went wrong or right.

I will say most of it is pretty logical.

im not to worried really. not trying to sound cocky but im a really bright kid (extension classes and what not) and all the stuff on the little practise sheet they gave was easy enough.
just trying to get a lil advice

You sound like you'll do well with the academic side of things but I'd be a little carful telling your sectional petty officer gunner that you think your clever!! When I joined 25 odd years ago the sadistic pricks could take a dim view of any OD that thought they knew anything. But I suppose it's all changed now and instead of team beatings they give group hugs!!!

The PTI still has logs and there is still Twin Peaks in Devo and Pine Tree Hill at the range ( though the tree huggers have removed the pine...)

P.S. Use capital letters to start your sentences.......

Post up how you go. Its a lot of logic based stuff, make sure you can problem solve and have clear thought processes. Its the psych tests later on that have some weird questions

I did it back in 1985... nothing to revise really and that's the way its designed... They change it every so often anyway... most is just logic... and others part there is no right or wrong answers they just want to see what your answer is...

If she's going to work in the navy hospital she has to be really good at answering important calls and saying "we'll phone you back sir" and then forgetting for three days....
