Valve clearances and torque settings needed!

Hey, I need to find out the tourque settings for the head, and the valve clearances for a 1989 Yamaha fzr 250, can any body help, or point me towards someone/somewhere that can help?

Just noticed that article doesn't say which engine size it is, so don't take those measurements as gold. Find a manual.

Cant say I've done it myself though.
