nah havin zachs birthday party sunday was out last weekend not out again till the sat 8th GNCC next week but will be doin a bit more training on saturday/posibilly late sunday off the m/bike if your keen.

just tryin to build up stamina (mind spelling) just though we would try something if it works great if not ill try somrthing else i guess.

Yeah the old mountain bike is good to build some fitness for sure.

I won't be doing the GNCC, Kat had to go to a dentist in Sydney and that cost us near on a grand...... ouch! So I'll head out for a ride at the sand pit instead :)

No that was one root canal that needs to be finished here which will be about another $500.
