Who won the Targa?

Because it's not rugby, there is nothing about who won the Targa rally that finished in Wellington yesterday. We went down to Southwards to see the cars at the lunch stop but they still had five more stages to go at that point. Nothing on the news last night and nothing on the net (or Targa's website, from what I can see) about who won it. My mate Joe McAndrew was leading when we caught up with him but anything can happen in a rally.

Anyone know who won?

A couple of (ex?) bikers in that "Modern" list I see, Chris Maindonald and Richard Scoular. Anyone catch up with Scoular at all while he was back in NZ?
