SOLD
Aperantly I need to buy a cot or some shit so here goes...
This bike was built based on the MT125gp (pre RS125gp) Built in 1977 it was raced by Steve Ward over the years in the nationals.
A few years ago someone modified the bike to become a bucket racer (F4) I have since replaced the swing arm with a modified FZR250, replaced the hubs on to 17” rims, a recent top end rebuild and put a tank liner in the fiberglass tank.
specs:
Frame home, built super light
swing arm, FZR 250 modified
forks, GT185
chamber, homebuilt
carb, TZR250
reed block, RG250
gear box, 6 speed
engine, MB100, ported, planed and over bored
brakes, disc front with braided lines, rear drum
fairings, early yamaha GP
The bike comes with the fairings but not fitted, it has done 2 seasons racing hard out so isn't as tidy as the pics make it look and could do with a bit of fine carb tuning. It has just had a recent top end rebuild, which was only done as the bike has just compleated 2 seasons racing, the piston I removed still looked new.
