I need advice from Southlanders.

It appears that our third wedding anniversary is due to occur half way through our trip of the South Island, more specifically we will be celebrating while we are staying in Invercargill (Wednesday the 14th of January). Does anyone know of any fine dining establishments in the area? ideally somewhere that serves proper south island specialties such as blue cod and bluff oysters.

There is a nice resteraunt in bluff, right on the point, serves all the local seafoods, and a decent steak as well, My wife and I go there a lot, can sit and watch the sea when you run out of things to talk about lol. there are also a few decent ones in Invercargill.
