Hi guys and gals,

just joined and thought id post just for an intro.

I'm completely new to the land of motorcycling and am waiting to sit my learners and buy my first bike .mmmmmmmmmm;)

I'm currenlt looking at a 2008 Kawasaki Ninja 250r as i love the look of them and the feel.

I'm torn tho, also heard some good things about Honda CBR 125r's, bit skinny but look cool but am affraid may get bord of the power.

If you guys no any recomendations then please inform.

P.S love the site ;) chur

Hey ya and Welcome! I have a Kwaka 250 Ninja and I love it for my learners bike. It has great gears (compared to my husbands hyosung) has great power. Every thing you need in a learners really. Oh and it looks good!

Good luck!

Or do what I did and buy an old ninja 250 for $1.3k :bleh:
Ninja is far more suitable for just about everything really.

Welcome to KB, I'm not normally a sports bike fellow but yes I do agree the Ninja has always had a high degree of horniness when it came to styling. I dont think you could put too much wrong heading that direction.

Nice bike, saw one fly past me this morning with an L plate on the back, they do seem to go some...be careful, eh.
