New Flash - since this incident OSH were quickly called into the cafe, the owner was quickly fined for having a grade 2 slippery floor and made to spend $40000 to have it covered in bubble wrap in case another fall occurs. Additionally, the chairs seen in 0:12 were deemed to be too brightly coloured - a child's vision could be damaged by looking at these chairs too closely, a warning was subsequently issued. Also, too much water comes out of the taps when you turn them on in the bathrooms .
