That's pretty sad, and I am pretty sure if this guy has a pulse that he will feel it if he is lucky enough to get anyone to "touch his private parts":sick::eek::sick::sick:

I found the circumstances behind why he was a virgin so long a little more sad, he did say he has only ever been rejected and was bullied a fair bit, I also reckon he has a naturally shy personality, combine those and you have problems.

It takes balls to walk up to a random woman that has caught your eye and strike a conversation, knowing full well with todays mentality she will most likely blow you off or not even give you a chance.

I thought it was good on him for doing something about it and taking a course to boost his courage.

I've always thought that was a very odd way to get to know people.

If your life doesn't naturally allow you to get to know people of the appropriate sex, to the extent that you have to go awkwardly requesting sex from strangers, then something's a bit wrong.

For the first time, I asked a random chick for her number whilst on the bus as she was about to get off. Think I blindsided her so much that she couldn't say no.

Yuss! I finally have balls!

Why do you have to be so judgmental & critical of someone who is a little different?? What is it that scares you about him.. to the point that you have to put him down publicly, in order to make yourself feel better? the issues you have are clearly yours & nothing to do with "him"!

I give the fella full credit for having the balls & courage to go public with his journey.. if his story has helped but ONE other person to seek help, then he has done a brilliant service for his fellow man.. :first:which is more than I can say for some of the blowhards on here! :bash:

The most beautiful epiphany in the world is the moment you realise that, generally speaking, they want it too.

Hit that shit like JFK would!

Exactly. Only took me a few months on prozac to start thinking logically rather than emotionally and to finally come to that revelation.

If this scenario turns to crap, at least now I know and can do it all over again with someone else.

Gosh. I've changed a bit.

I've learnt that most people don't take good advice. They generally do what they want and find out they should have listened to that person before. I'm no different. That's why I have a bucket racer now, not 4 years ago when I decided a sportsbike would be cooler since it's faster.

Ahhh, this thread casts me back to my 'Playing In A Band' days in the UK over 30 years ago.

Met an Aussie chick after a gig, she was as rough as Jack Sparrows arse hair but I'm in a band so bak to her place it was.

Now, she was a real bit of class this one. Just as we were 'de-robing' she announced, in her strong Aussie accent...

Ah sheet mate, the reds are playing at home, you're gonna have to take me up the sheeter......

I laughed so much that she kicked me out

Had to share that with you, glad I married a Kiwi chick, at least their tatoos are spelt right!

He chooses to be different-consciously chooses. And in doing so becomes a self proclaimed victim, we all have a road to travel-a cross to bare. His road is self generated.

Anyone with 80 IQ points or more could work out that befriending a female and getting your kit of are prerequisites to pleasures of the flesh. He needs a big dose of HTFU, and far from pity needs a slap around the chops and perhaps his testosterone levels checked.

You have obviously never been abused as a child & suffered from low self esteem or had self confidence issues then. No one EVER played mind games or manipulated you in any way. You have never been isolated?? Gee, you must have had a wonderful life! lucky you!

You can never "choose" to "be" a certain way after a lifetime of that sort of treatment.. you just "are" & yeah, outward appearances are pretty pathetic. Inwardly is a prison cell

Yes, I can. Been there, done that! :msn-wink: One has the ability to completely re-create them selves, their thoughts & their behaviour, their lifestyle & circle of friends. If they choose to. After a life of abuse, I did.. & so did the fella on the show.

It takes courage & balls to travel your journey of healing & self discovery.. but everyone needs a little help along the way. We are not machines, we are human! We all need warmth, affection & love. It can be harder for some to find that however.

The simple fact is if you put youreself out there in the public eye, as he CHOSE to, you will be in for some shit. It might be wrong but its gonna happen. Not sure about Dan but my world has been fooken hard at times, fortunately every time some fooker knocks me to the ground I pick myself up and harden my resolve-humans do that thing everyday. Harder to be a victim than a survivor. Limp dick wants to be known as a victim. His choice!

I am sorry to hear of your losses.. however from you have written, they are all victims.. of their own conscious choices/behaviour.. to become involved in those types of scenes to begin with. :(

My last reply to you:

Regardless of stimuli I CHOSE NOT to become a victim, or let any aspect of my life spin out of control. Only I can do that, no one can make me do otherwise. It is my fault if I do and my fault alone.

In regards to the perceived negative comments: You chose to be taken in by the made for TV docudrama. I did not. Scoring a root is exceptionally easy, statistically virtually every second person is of the opposite sex-most are hard wired to be gagging for it, thinking about it a great deal and expand considerable energy finding a partner. He chose not to find a partner and the good folk's in TV land counted on responses like yours-the victim mentality.

Still think I'm a heartless bastard??......read " Your erroneous zones". One of the top selling books of all time [over 35 million copies]-essentially psychology 101 for the layman. This will explain 'the victim mentality' and the consequence of personal choice.
