I have lost 3 bikes on trade me in the last week! A KLR650 a DR750s and aDR650.
Im looking for an ugly, scratched and stone chipped adventure bike with worn tyres, hooked sprockets and a saggy chain. it would be even better with a torn seat and stuffed wheelbearings if you have one!

I need something ugly but road registerable. reliable would be nice. But it must have electric start cos im sick of ripping my riding jandals on big bike kick starters.

My budget is $3000 - who's got what?

I saw it today, but you are too far away and I want something that I can pour my creativity into and have ready to give to myself for my birthday in February

You want warts? I got warts for you.THere is an electric start....but you'll have to put the other engine in to use it.I can kick start it with a hernia,so it can't be that hard....I'm in no hurry to sell it until my other project is finished.....but no back up bike would be an incentive to make it happen.

Husaberg 600 that's roadable. Even taking it for a ride is a bit of an adventure- too F******* scared to even ride the damn thing. Has estart but needs a new sprag clutch to be installed.

Is it an FE 600? = I want a seat and a fuel tank that will carry me for 2-3 hours. .... it does sound like fun though

The original, and SRX...odds and sods and bids and bods.Bits that fit together, and bits that don't fit together - did you have Lego as a kid?

Using the original tank at the moment - feels lighter and can get further forward with the small tank....feels fat but lower CG with the big tank. But I can ride until my arse is kicking me home with the Acerbis tank....I have to think about getting back from where I'm going with the small tank.

Brand new TW42 in 130/80 on the rear.....flattracking K180 in 21in on the front.I won't bother about finishing it until I have something else to ride.....and I'm a lazy bugger at the best of times.

Distance is not a biggie. Biketranz are not that expensive to move it anywhere in country.

Has he got an old bike for sale?

No, he talks to the bikes about their small size and tries to promote their self esteem...
