I took my bike in for a wof today,Knowing she needed a new back tire and maybe a back disk and maybe a get a bit of a bleat at about after market pipes,but not the blinkers they are leds smaller than standard but easy to see.I had them fitted by the shop and had what ever done that stops them flashng fast long story short they didn't have some fecking mark stamped on them

Yup, they have to have the "E" whatever mark on them. :yes:

haha oh well i will go find me a metal chisel and whack a E or 2 on them :)

It's about as dumb as that - it's spozte to prove they're OK, but there's no guarantee (especially if they're Chinese like mine) that they're any good.
Makes it easier for the dumbarses doing the testing though.
Kinda dumb given that the E mark hasn't been around long - there are plenty of older injimicators that work fine, but if the tester could tell they were OEM, they'd fail.

It was easy to tell they are aftermarket.Theres another tbirdsport sitting there written off, with the standard stalk eyes on it
