This may be in Auzzie but it wont be long til it happens here. Those who post stunts in Youtube, take heed:

Taken from a OSH Bulletin

"Conviction by YouTube a first

A forklift driver who filmed himself performing dangerous stunts was convicted in Seymour Magistrates Court and had his licence revoked after his employer discovered the clip on YouTube. The case, prosecuted by WorkSafe Victoria, was the first of its kind in the state. Magistrate Caitlyn English ordered Seymour man Matthew Garry Ward to undertake a five-day health and safety course, complete 50 hours of community service and pay WorkCover’s costs of $1200, based on the YouTube evidence. The video, now removed, showed the 20-year-old deliberately crashing the forklift into concrete pipes and doing burnouts and wheelies. WorkSafe told the court Mr Ward was not wearing a seatbelt, which put him at risk of serious injury or death. Executive director John Merritt said forklift drivers must be especially vigilant considering that 19 out of 56 forklift fatalities since 1985 involved the driver. “In this case, the young man has put himself at risk, and while he suffered no physical injury has had to face legal and other consequences which had ongoing consequences. “With WorkSafe currently running a campaign targeting young workers our message continues to be, ‘Don’t take unnecessary risks’. Posting stunts like this on YouTube encourages other people to do the same thing, putting them at risk as well.” Australasian Pipeline & Pre-Cast Pty Ltd dismissed Mr Ward for misconduct when discovering the clip two months after he posted the video."

Nothing wrong in having a bit of fun riding but breaking the law and ID-ing your selves on vid to boot..........not smart. Need to get ya ego's under the same control you have with your bikes.
