Hot rods and custom cages in Takapuna on Sunday..

There will be a gathering of the Hot Rod and Custom Car club in K car park on Sunday 13 February at Smales Farm.

They will be assembling on site from 9.30-10.30 prior to their club run at 11.00. They will be leaving via the Taharoto gate at this time. As there are usually 100+ cars, there may be some congestion experienced.
just been sent this, not sure if it's anyones cuppa, but either way, might be a change of scene, or just something to do..
please forgive me for advertising a 'cage' affair, but I think this will be a little more than your average boy racer event. I think everyone has a place for fine craftsmanship of one form or another..
Is this better suited in the 'events' bit..?? dunno.. sorry Mr Mod if it is..

yeah, fair call.. I thought it'd probably be here or 'events'.. I had hit 'submit' before I could really think it thru :brick:

For those who are thinking about it, it's the TelstraClear building, just off the Northern after the bridge. Take the turning after Barry's Point Road off ramp, right at the lights, and it's right there on your left. If the weather holds, should be a pretty good day (I think..).
Shame I don't think I'll be there tho, prior 'quasi' arrangement. Hmmm.. cages or bikes..
