Yeah nah I've found it really slow as well. Wonder if has had anything to do with the number of new users that have recently joined up at all.

im running firefox right now, not too bad (about .5 sec diff)
......but i am downloading 8 files at the same time. Not too shabby for the ol' 56K.
Ive had this before - run an adaware scan and youll find some baddies that will be slowing you down.

Well, sometimes when I'm on here, my connection will just freeze, requiring me to restart. Major pain in the *ARSE*. My ass doesn't like it either, says it brings out more of the donkey side

I sit on a LAN running Firefox. It's this sites servers I believe. Didn't the mighty SpankMe post recently saying he was aware of the problems and he was looking at new servers?

It might be about time for some of us to make some cash donations to the site so that we can upgrade to a new server?

Then you'll all be able to hear me waffle on far more efficiently. You know you want to. :2thumbsup

I am on wireless DSL and the site was running slow for me earlier today aswell. I thought it was just my connection acting up (it does that often for some reason, dont know why) So I just logged off and when I came it was fine:spudwhat:
Ohwell as long as it's working now.:apint:

I use Kiwiwebhost.biz, a hamilton based company. Seriously cheap at $1 a week for 10mb, and with a free peanut slab when you sign up.

Excellent service to date as well.

but remember guys this site is actually a few gigs in size and uses a lot of traffic.... so it not a normal web hosting account. It needs its own server.
