Hi
If you have been watching the LTSA were going to charge bike $2 to use the the new motorway extention however about 2 years ago this was not the position so i challenged the turnaround in policy and they have now reversed the charge and it free! http://www.landtransport.govt.nz/tollroad/toll-tariff.html
it pays to attend public submissions and thanks to the ltsa for not reneageing on our agreement

sure does. Doesn't always make a difference, but if you don't try you can't complain later. Good on you!

Its good that they aren't going to charge bikes, but then again I try to avoid motorways at all costs. Just to boring + the temp to speed is to great.
Also they're bypassing the best bit of road for a bike..nice and windy.

Not even on the same island, buddy, don't concern your frozen southerner braincells even for one second. It involves things like Traffic Lights and Congestion, things that are so far beyond your experience you might as well stop reading here.

@Scotsman: Selmer Chorus 80J. Had a play with one today. Even a hack like me sounds good! Probably not free-blowing enough for a pro like you, though.

p.s. nice to see you trying out Selmer (Paris, not USA) - I play a Selmer Signature clarinet, and my last pair of clarinets were Selmer 10s 's

Nah - Its a Auckland thing - bound to involve gay men and something oral (as I presume anal would be the 'Southern Gateway'?).
