We really enjoyed the last N Y party we went to at your place Noel. But we are home alone parents this year, so we thought we'd bugger off on our own! (Sure beats dragging six kids with ya!)

Nothing worse than being stuck at home just because you have kids.
There is a pool, pool table, a trampoline, console games etc here.

Can you see the sky tower from there???
The kids want to see the fire works display on new years eve. So we are looking at just going to St Haillers bay and watching the display from the cliff front.
Set off all the left over goodies we still have.

its west auckland you can see the whole city from there the foot hills to the witacks have a good one ether way .

Yep.
Obviously its few km away, no getting around that one, but it's usually quite spectacular all the same.
Both the garage and carport have a flat roof too which makes an excellent viewing platform.
