Thought I'd fork out for one of the deals on offer, think it was 18 euro for access to all the current test, plus all the archive stuff. Some pretty cool video stuff on there. Anyone else subscribe to it? Think I should post you some links to some cool video stuff? :whistle:

Last year i paid $60NZD to get all the live racing(as sky didnt have it :angry2: ) it was worth it tho, some cool stuff to watch, i dont get into the testing and all that, just love the racing.....more so now that a Yamaha is carving up the honda's.

Really?? Yamaha didn't win anything last year, rossi won the title and honda won the constructors championship.

Yamaha didn't have anything to do with rossi winning the championship, where were all the other yammies in the standings?

Ummm Yamaha had just as much to do with Rossi winning the championship as Honda did winning the previous years. Yamaha won the World Title and team title. You could also argue that Honda only won the constructor title because they had 3 teams entered vs Yamahas 2.
If anything all this proves is that the bike only makes up a small piece of the equation. The Rider (and team) is the biggest factor and the bike is just another tool in the garage.

This season is shaping up to be even more exciting than last years. With Honda pulling their heads back in after their kick in the balls and the Ducatis finally back on song, Rossi's really gonna have to work hard this year. From a riders perspective, there's no sweeter way of proving your dominance than by beating everyone on an inferior machine.

Really? Think the general consensus was Rossi might struggle in his first year on the Yamaha, but once sorted he would win the following year. Well now the bikes sorted do you really think anyone is going to touch him? Who, Biaggi, Gibernau, Capirossi? Could hardly run with him last year, this year Rossi is going to walk it in, wouldnt be suprised if he won every race. :yeah:

Ahem rossi won the world title (not yamaha), he just happened to be riding a yamaha. I don't think yamaha had much to do with rossi winning the title. The reasons he won the title are firstly that he is just the man and secondly jerry burgess. Without those two people (and a few other support crew that rossi bought over from honda) yamaha would have just been another also ran, like the other manufacturers.

Will have to wait and see what happens this year but I think rossi will again prove how good he is and clean up again. Biaggi has proven in recent times that he doesn't have the goods to win the world champs and well sete could push rossi (and most probably will), but in the end it will be the rossi show. Be good to watch though.

how could Yamaha have nothing to do with winning the champs?? did Yamaha hire Rossi????? did Yamaha hire his whole team??? did they build his bikes??? did they pay all the bills???............................ to me it just goes to show that Yamaha may not always have the power but in the hands of a good rider they will always kik arse.

They've had good riders, now they have someone who is in a class of his own, I mean, inspite of riding a Yamaha he still won!! What next starting half a lap behind everyone else?
