i have one of those small united motors 250cc sportbikes.. you think i could put a bigger sprawket on it and it will pick up or you think its to small and just wont have the torque? any opinions are welcome.. just not sure if it will even work and will be a waste of time and money trying.

thanks - johnny5

use a bump to pop front wheel up. gear wont really help if your bike is real gutless, but in first, push on forks, then as they spring back sit on back of seat and pin it

Usually muttered vaguely through tears of laughter:
'You're... YOU'RE :killingme Brake... :p Back brake... Dude, Back break man :killingme'

Remember the back brake, laddie.

I was wondering what a UM250 was....
It's a Chinese copy of a Hyosung GT250.

Larger sprocket will help, the gearbox and the driveline is essentially a torque multiplier, so gear it down enough and it'll have sufficient torque to do it ok. Try the easy stuff like leaning back as far as you can first, it'll feel like it's a lot higher than it is so don't panic.

I was going to say you could always grow the fuck up.

Then I saw your location and realised you and your lot are responsible for the 'Backward Baseball Cap and Jeans below the Arse Cheeks' wearing twats that our current breed of 'stunters' aim to replicate.

Then I realised I couldn't give a fuck about your dilemma.

It is possible, I shifted my not inconsiderable weight onto the pillion seat, and dropped it at about 8000RPM.

Then I bought a Triumph. Don't know why I even bothered with the Hyodung.

Would be interested to see someone wheeli-ing (sp?) a Hyobag, that's alot of weight with a pretty gutless engine, but I have seen some people get fairly close.

I think the classic, slow speed, rev it to 8K and drop the clutch like your mum did to you, and see what happens could be a go.

Atleast it'd be hilarious to watch.
