Thinking about insurance for your classic bike?
I have both my bikes insured thru the Vintage Car Club's Vero scheme.
The Auckland branch has a large motorcycle section with owners and bikes of all ages. I don't get along very often but they are a great bunch of guys. they also have a clubroom in Penrose with a bar.
And yes I have have seen Jap bikes on runs.....
Bikes have to be 30 years old...
see the look of amazement as I start my bike with ......a button!!!!!
Joesph Lucas would turn in his grave at the thought...."electrics that work."
Insurance example:
Ducati 900 , $ 120.00 pa with $ 50.00 excess. limited to 5000 km.With a value of 10K.
I think you can get a good deal on house, contents and modern cars as a package too.
If anyone is interested in joining and needs more info PM me.
