Well that's the only way I can describe the symptom, when the bike is idling with no throttle, its fine, but apply a little bit of throttle then release the bike just keeps revving like the throttle is still applied
I'm not 100% if its doing it while riding, if it is I didn't notice it while riding at Paparimu.
It just decided it wanted to do it, its not particularly bad, but i dont want it to pin at full?
I think its probably the slider or a dirty cable.
But before I pull all that out of the carb are there any tips you guys could give me or things to look for?

id be ssing that the cable is getting stuffed, my crf did a simular thing, banged some new cables in it and it was mint again, i changed my throtle tube 2 as it was cracked and getting stuffed.

this happened to me after a crash - impact on the bars cable had twisted around and started sticking.

Check that your grip isn't tight against the throttle housing... Or slid the other way and against bark busters/barends etc...

As above, could be grime under the throttle tube from a previous encounter...

Or, if you've done any maintanance, if you've adjusted the cables, too tight and they'll bind...
