This was my first ever race weekend and this happened :( at the end of lap 2 in the third Clubman race. I was on bike #77 and managed to avoid the carnage.
I hope the two guys who came off are OK.

Ouch!

But you did an excellent job of looking where you wanted to go instead of looking at the carnage, Agent 77. This set of photos could be used very effectively to illustrate this skill.

On the other hand, Agent 85 was also trying to look where he wanted to go - unfortunately having someone slide into your back wheel kind of defeats your best intentions... :(

Yep she was pretty nasty. I arrived just after to see the big cloud of dust.
I heard one one of the jokers munted his hip/pelvis. (could be gossip though...)

was talking to Nigel (#15) today and he thought the other guy took him out LOL. I have sent him these pics to re-educate him :-)

The two bikes were a GSX-R1000 (K2 - K4 maybe?) #15, and an old GSX-R1100 #85. 15 overtook me (77) and then went to go around the outside of 85, but 85 went to take a wider line for the right hander and they touched and went down. I'm not sure who's fault it was, I think it is just one of those racing incidents.

go the 1100!!!
weird crash tho, did the 1100 touch the 1000's brake lever maybe? in any case. that turn is NOT where you want to crash!

Rule
6.10 When overtaking, the onus is on the overtaking competitor to overtake without causing
interference to the overtaken competitor.

Which is easy to say :)

First I knew about it was when a red flag was being waved at me going into castrol :-( and I was winning! :-( Hope the hip/pelvis guy is ok!

I was right on the sideline where it happened and swore it was the other way around too. Cool photos.
