Fork oil measurement?

Hey guys,

I need to know the correct amount of fork oil to put into the front forks of a CBR250RR (MC22), and a Yamaha FZR250R (3LN).

I have searched but have found nothing.

According to the manual for the CBR I have its 290 +/- 2.5 cc or 114mm fully compressed.

I always found 95mm with springs and spacers removed worked quite well
