Ok I kn this is a litte "gay" but thought some might be interested. I am over here in Tacoma, Seattle, in the USA to spend xmas with the sister and her new husband. JUst took some photos out side.
Its about 18 degrees Fahrenheit (which I beleave is well below Zero).

Since when has the cold bothered you eh? I can still remember clearly someone wearing shorts and jandals at the Turangi Gathering this year in Mid June! :cold:
Have fun and don't fall for a lass over there - We would miss you to much on the ATNR..!

Fahrenheit, take off 32, divide by 1.8 and you have Celsius.
18F -32 = -14, -14/1.8 = -7.8 degrees C
Yep, below zero.

Hmmm, board shorts, bikinis, sunshine and sand. All but a faint memory at this stage. As for the sheep, I have been meaning to change that for a while, but best you ask Mrs Busa Pete cause I really dont have a clue.

Trust me, no body even wants to start imagining me in speedo:oi-grr:
A quick update, weather has been all over the place in the last few days with a total of about 8-9 inches of snow falling, then we had a few days of fine weather, today the snow/sleat/freezzing rain rolled in turning the roads that have not been graded have turned into goat track but hopefully we have seen the last of the bad weather and see a bit more of the countryside.
Have a Merry Xmas all I hope you had a good day, I look forward to mine tomorrow.

Well back in NZ now and thank fuck for that. I missed the sun.
Things got better in the last week it just rained and washed all the snow away so at least we could move around without fear of sliding, or slipping on your arse when you hopped out of the car.
But on the way to the airport yesterday morning we went through a nice heavy snow flurry which a nice way to end the trip.
