Question: I just need some light protection for the hot steamy summer days, commuting ~10 minutes to work.

I Was looking at some roose deflectors and just wondering if they might provide any road protection at all?! I have got a back protector and elbow guard so far. Just wanting to know what people's experience with the deflectors, worth getting at all?

and yes I know its best to have full protection and I have got full leathers and a texile jackets but just want an alternative for some very hot days.

Cheers

Roost deflector is only good if you're looking at objects flying at you or you flying at objects.

For road you want back protection and general abrasion resistance.

Now that is nice.

Would match up well with this leather version of the Acerbis Carbon G MX gloves.
