No holes, complete with mounting kit to your rack and all bolts & twist nut screws and everything you need to mount these to your bike rack as well as mounting instructions!:msn-wink:
Waterproof boxes, well made, light, perfect for adventure touring. Had planed to use them with my bike but will probably just buy a bike with panniers already fitted when the time comes.:doh:
