who has one of these?
I got one going lately, and the results are astonishing, I have a bucket full of angry flies in the back yard and NONE in the house.
amazing.
I have tried to make my own several times, but then I found one on a trailer headed for the tip, the owner was cleaning up a rental, and chucked it out.
She thought it was horrid, a bucket full of dead flies.

now, If we could get our local councils to provide one to every household (only about $30) then bye bye fly problems.

the only problem I can see is that we may be creating a race of super intellegent flies, as some of them are clever(or lucky) enough to find their way out...

Yep, they are good. And Gordie, the inventor, is a hard shot, too.

...perhaps a suitably whiffy pair of women's scanties...? It'd be an ideal use for something "beyond washable"...!

Have one on a 10 litre pail baited with fish waste and sited downwind of the house

Works a treat and keeps the flies away from the sheep (flystrike). Excellent product :first:
